Characteristics: | The chemical name of Blowing Agent H is n,n'-dinitro sopentamethylent tetramine.It has smell of formaldehyde,dissoluble in dimethyl diamide and dimethyl sulfozide,indissoluble in water,alcohol,hydrocarbon and ester,a little dissoluble in pyridine and ethyl acetate.The main gas after decomposing is N2 with a little NO,CO2,O2,water and formaldehyde. | ||||||||||||||||||||
Uses: | The product id used in rubber foaming,such as natural rubber,butyl rubber production,It can avoid colour change and pollution.Also it is widely used in PVC production. A kind of assistant such as Urea,hydroxybenzoic acid will be added when Blowing Agent H acts as blowing agent in order to lower the reaction temperature.So that the gas can be released at 120-190deg.Please keep alert when producing thick goods because great heat will be created when Blowing Agent H decomposes. | ||||||||||||||||||||
